IST Service Technicians are available 24/7 to service your vehicle or equipment. We offer Annual Service Plans to ensure that your vehicle is ready when you are. IST Technicians are highly experienced in upgrading older vehicles with the newest technology.

Annual Service: IST offers an Annual Service Plan for vehicles. The service plan includes a comprehensive analysis and can be done at your facility or at an IST facility. The service program includes a thorough service and provides a formal Service Report on all aspects of the surveillance platform.

Perpetual Warranty Program: With participation in the IST Service Program, IST offers a “never-ending” warranty. Any agency participating in the Perpetual Warranty Service Program will never experience a repair or equipment replacement charge when failure is anything other than misuse or abuse (conditions apply)

GSA Contracted: All of IST’s service programs are specifically listed on its GSA contract, making participation quick and easy.
